Workplace consultancy & design, fit out, M&E works, project management and office furniture supply, for office interiors

OVERVIEW

Corporate Office Solutions (COS), a company specialized in workplace consultancy, interior design, fit-out and office furniture solutions, needed a premium presentation catalogue to showcase its portfolio of completed projects. The objective was to translate complex architectural work and large-scale implementations into a cohesive, high-end printed piece that reflected the company’s positioning and credibility in the corporate market.

CHALLENGES & APPROACH

The catalogue had to balance aesthetics and structure. It needed to present multiple large-scale office projects in a clear, editorial format while maintaining a premium visual language aligned with COS’s architectural standards. The design had to feel sophisticated yet functional, allowing photography, project data and narrative to coexist without visual clutter. In addition, the final output had to meet high production standards, ensuring that materials, finishes and print quality matched the brand’s positioning.

We developed the catalogue as a structured editorial system rather than a simple collection of images. The layout was built around visual hierarchy, clean typography and generous spacing to support architectural photography. We defined grid systems, section logic and content flow to ensure consistency across all case studies.

Beyond design, we managed the project through to final production, coordinating print specifications, paper selection and finishing details to guarantee that the printed version delivered the intended premium experience. The project was implemented end-to-end, from concept and layout development to final print-ready execution.

Outcome

The result was a refined, high-quality showcase catalogue that positioned COS as a mature, design-driven organization capable of delivering complex corporate environments. The printed edition became both a sales tool and a brand statement, reinforcing credibility in client meetings and presentations.
