Moara Popii is an artisanal micro-brewery from Dâmbovita, Romania & is owned by a large family with even bigger healthy core values. They started back in 2015 making beer in the country side – in the village that gives the beer’s name.
The village’s name was given after a priest who had a wood-mill on top of a hill. Nowadays the story was almost forgotten, but it may survive by transforming and being transmitted to others by the beer’s label and the rest of the brand.
