OVERVIEW

The client set out to build a private label brand under which to launch and scale a product on Amazon, with a clear objective: create a sustainable passive income stream.

CHALLENGES & APPROACH

The main challenge was identifying a profitable niche within a competitive Amazon category and selecting a product with real volume potential. Beyond simply choosing a trending item, the brand needed to feel credible, differentiated, and trustworthy in order to convert consistently. The goal was not just to launch, but to build a professional image capable of attracting and converting thousands of customers annually.

 

We began with market validation, analyzing the category landscape, competitor positioning, and demand patterns to identify a clear opportunity gap. Based on this research, we selected a product with strong demand and room for differentiation. From there, we developed the brand from the ground up — defining its positioning, creating the name and visual identity, designing the packaging system, and crafting Amazon listing assets optimized for clarity and conversion. Every element was built to support performance, not just aesthetics.

The result was a cohesive, conversion-driven brand designed for scale. KOTI ONE HOME was built to perform in a competitive marketplace, generating recurring sales and supporting a long-term passive income model rather than a one-time launch experiment.
